Draft preview. Not published yet.

I build an AI operations team for your small business.

Reports, inbox, follow-ups, website, email and video. AI agents do the work, and I check it the way a COO would, so nothing goes out until it's right.

01

AI command center for your online store

A morning sales report in your inbox, customer emails sorted and answered as drafts, polite reminders on late invoices and a weekly list of new leads. You approve anything that goes out.

Good to know: an AI command center runs on your own AI subscription, typically about $200+ a month. I set it up and dial it in so it runs on its own. Includes 30 days of fixes; upkeep after that is $350 a month.

AI operator: startup, then monthly

I train your AI on your brand, products, prices and policies, then build and test your agents on real work. Each month I keep them current, fix what breaks and add about one new build.

Good to know: each user needs their own AI subscription, typically about $200+ a month. Your plan shows the full monthly total. 3-month minimum, then 30 days' notice to cancel.

Cut your subscriptions

Stop renting your website and tools. Send me what you pay for each month and I'll send back one page: keep, cut or replace. I only recommend a build that pays for itself in about 18 months. You own what I build, and payments and email sending stay with proven providers.

Work I've built with AI

Real projects, real screens. Most were built in 2026.

Ops Desk

AI command center · shown as a demo

As a COO I built a team of AI agents that runs the busywork of an online brand every morning. This demo shows the same idea for a made-up coffee roaster, with sample data.

  • Morning report with sales, orders and what changed, before the owner wakes up.
  • Drafts, not sends. Customer replies, wholesale emails and refunds wait for one tap.
  • Late invoices and new leads handled with friendly, personal notes.

Good to know: runs on the client's own AI subscription, typically about $200+ a month. I dial it in so it runs on its own.

Hope Community Church

Website, member portal and iPhone app

A small church needed a website the pastor could update himself and a way to keep every sermon findable.

  • 191 sermon videos, about 69 hours, transcribed and searchable.
  • Ask Pastor John answers questions from his own sermons, with Bible citations.
  • Prayer requests, a meal train and a native iPhone app in testing.

Roots of Recovery

Membership archive · live at rootsofrecovery.com

Decades of recovery talks sat on old drives. Now members sign up, pay and search the whole archive by asking a question.

  • 15,233 recordings transcribed on rented cloud computers for about $35.
  • Ask the Library answers in plain words and points to the exact talk.
  • Sign-ups, PayPal billing and admin tools built in.

Launch promos

Video made with my own AI video toolkit

I built Claude Cut, a video toolkit that handles captions, speech clean-up, vertical reframes and designed titles, then checks its own work. It made the launch promos for both projects above.

Sky

Personal assistant iPhone app

Hold to talk. Sky keeps my calendar, pulls plans out of email and texts, and saves tickets and confirmations. Anything outgoing waits for my tap. It runs on a small server in my home.

Squadbook

Youth soccer game-day app · names changed

I coach my son's team. Squadbook started as the app I run on the sideline every Saturday: fair playing time for every kid, a sub timer, a live score and a season record parents can see.

Ziggy Hub

In progress · private testing

A home AI helper for the whole family: talk to it, run the smart home, and keep it all private on a box in your house, with an iPhone app.

Ten years of running the business side

Before I built with AI, I ran operations and sold to enterprise accounts. I know what a late invoice costs, what a slow reply loses and what an owner actually has time for.

That is why the AI I build drafts and checks before anything goes out, and why I price by the job, not the hour.
